Refund Policy

As a valued Premium Plan subscriber, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time during your current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, all text translation tokens, image translation credits, and audio translation minutes granted will remain accessible until the end of the cycle, allowing you to continue using your benefits uninterrupted.

Since we offer free text translation tokens, image translation credits, and audio translation minutes on a daily basis, you are responsible for fully evaluating our products to ensure they meet your needs before committing to a subscription.

We offer a full refund if you decide to cancel your subscription and contact us within 12 hours of signing up for monthly billing or within 24 hours of signing up for annual billing. To request a refund, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Please note that subsequent auto-renewal payments are non-refundable; refunds are only available at the beginning of the initial subscription period.
